Our work started with a full workplace evaluation, assessment of Catalyst’s departmental structure and audit of office facilities. Space planning options were explored and proposals presented for the refurbishment of two existing office buildings occupied by Catalyst group companies.

Due to the impact such a project as this would have had on personnel, the inevitable disruption over a 26 week period and higher than anticipated project costs, Catalyst’s executive team decided to relocate.

Upon selection of a suitable building, Insight’s appointment was extended to focus on the design and fit-out of a new head office to accommodate the group companies and 200 personnel.

Interior works included construction of private offices, meeting and training rooms, staff breakout areas, a data centre, storage rooms and the entire furniture package and management of the phased relocation of staff between buildings.

All works were completed on time, within budget and to a very high standard of finish.
