Kenexa had three offices in Harrow, Bermondsey and London Bridge and had decided to bring all operations into one central London Office.

Having already found and then lost out on suitable space Kenexa were under extreme pressure to find alternative accommodation. Within a very short space of time their commercial agents identified 47 Mark Lane and Insight responded within three days with detailed space plans, furniture and finishes proposals and fit-out costs.

Due to the level of detail within our proposal and confidence in being able to complete the 14,000sqft fit-out within a very tight time frame of only three weeks, Insight were very quickly appointed by Kenexa to undertake all fit-out and furniture installation works.

We started work on site within two days and completed the project for Kenexa within the three week programme. We also provided site management cover for the weekend relocation to Mark Lane.

The project was a huge success and we have since received great feedback from Kenexa Management, staff and the Building Management team at Mark Lane.
