NAPF approached Insight towards the end of a selection process because of our previous experience in Cheapside House. They were looking for a turnkey design and build solution with a view to relocating their existing London office from Westminster to a new office in the city.
The key to the project was technical ability and timescale. With the need to host and cater for large conferences as well as radio interviews, there were many obstacles to overcome. Not least of all managing the staff expectation from their Westminster space to an “art gallery” style city building was a big culture change for the organisation.
Insight worked in partnership with NAPF’s team of staff and consultants to develop the technical needs of the space and to translate the company’s new branding into a workplace and culture to be proud of.
