Insight became involved with TPP at a very early stage of their search for a new office in London.
Working closely with TPP, Insight prepared a report incorporating space plans and budgets for three short-listed properties and as a result, a decision was made by TPP to acquire space on the 4th Floor at Sherborn House, Cannon Street. This space had a “creative” feel with plenty of natural light along with a great location with Cannon Street Train Station being directly opposite their building.
After successfully tendering for the project, Insight were appointed to carry out the design and fit-out contract which included a separate front of house client area, one to one meeting rooms, a large boardroom together with a breakout area and open plan office space for forty two workstations.
TPP were extremely pleased with their new office with the project being completed on time and budget and since completion Insight has also completed the dilapidations of their old office accommodation.
