VanDerLande Industries and Insight formed a close working relationship in 2004 when we were appointed to refurbish the ground and first floors of a new regional office in Colnbrook.
In 2006, VanDerLande once again called upon Insight to refurbish the reception, common areas and second floor, after additional space became available in the building.
The second floor strip-out revealed a dingy and claustrophobic environment with a sloping roof pitch which cut into the office space. New LG7 light fittings, neutral coloured carpet and bright wall finishes transformed the space into a contemporary work environment.
The reception area featured a curved and dropped ceiling feature with integrated fluorescent lighting, a bespoke reception desk, Amtico hard floors, soft seating unit and a plasma wall display with recessed LED spot lights.
