Viridian Housing

Scope of works:

Viridian is a housing association providing social housing to over 30,000 residents spanning across London and the south east, the Midlands and West Sussex.

Viridian has around 16,000 homes and work in partnership with local authorities, organisations and residents to create safe, sustainable communities. They aim to support their residents and help them to make the most of opportunities in their lives.

Insight was appointed in March 2011, to carry out this contract after a rigorous pre-qualification and contract tender process.

Working with Viridian and their independent designer (Furniture Solutions), Insight provided a total fit-out package to create accommodation for approximately 200 personnel.

The Category A office space was fitted out to provide public reception space, meeting rooms, senior management offices and staff breakout areas. Insight worked closely with client appointed data/communications installers and security specialists to complete all works within six weeks. New furniture was supplied direct by furniture supplier Flexiform.

Going forward, we are now providing post contract small works support.
