Xodus Group

Scope of works:

Xodus approached Insight in 2008, with a view to relocating their existing London office from a serviced office space to a new and permanent home. The key to the project was timescale. With notice already served on their serviced office space it was vital to develop and deliver a fast track project over the Christmas and New Year break. Insight worked in partnership with Xodus to translate the company’s distinct branding into a workplace design that could be applied to all of the Xodus offices worldwide.

Since the original fit-out of Xodus London office in Cheapside House, Insight has carried out fit-out works for Xodus Edinburgh and Aberdeen branches. Working with the teams up in Scotland, Insight managed to successfully complete both projects through phases and in accordance with Xodus’s standard workplace design and branding.

Xodus London branch has continued their growth over the past two years deciding to take occupation of an additional floor at Cheapside House. Insight was again asked to fit-out the 1st floor applying the standard workplace design. The project included maximising the use of office space for workstations, also including a large break out facility along with several meeting rooms. Furniture was ordered in phases to specifically co-inside with the arrival of new recruits.

Insight are currently carrying out extended works for the regional branches, and so the work continues...
