Scope of works:
The design and refurbishment of existing reception and team spaces throughout the UK Head Office in Richmond. Insight was invited to tender against three other design and build companies and after submission of concept designs, we were appointed.
After developing our proposals and starting work on site, we were asked to re-carpet all walkways throughout the two occupied floors and to re-decorate the entire office environment.
The corporate ‘Budweiser’ red and ‘Anheuser-Busch’ blue colours were used in combination with neutral/natural colours and materials, in the new reception area and breakout space.
Insight employed skilled laser etching fabricators to create what appears to be a floating Anheuser-Busch logo on the front of the reception desk, cleverly illuminated using concealed blue LED lights.
Due to the nature of the project a large proportion of the works took place outside normal office hours and at weekends. A carefully constructed programme with ten separate phases, planned over three months enabled the client to continue work unhindered. All works were completed to the entire satisfaction of Anheuser-Busch.
