Scope of works:

Construction of a 2500ft2 mezzanine floor to extend further into the existing warehouse, together with new mechanical heat-pump and ventilation systems.  The ground floor space was fitted out to provide a Resource centre for demonstration, sales and training of high value IBM data storage equipment.  The high-tec space is complimented with flexible showroom and training room lighting systems, a bespoke beverage facility, comfortable seating areas audio-visual display equipment.
