Our work started in 2004 with a full workplace evaluation and assessment of Catalyst’s departmental structure and office facilities. Space planning options were explored and proposals presented for the refurbishment of two existing office buildings occupied by Catalyst group companies. Due to the extreme disruption and high costs associated with the project, a decision was reached by the executive team at Catalyst to relocate.
Upon selection of a suitable building, Insight were further retained to provide detailed designs and fit out proposals for a new Head Office to accommodate the entire Company of some 220 staff and to provide accessible, functional facilities for the public and visitors to the building. Interior works comprised construction of staff breakout areas, computer room, offices, meeting, training and storage rooms, the entire furniture procurement package and management of the phased relocation of staff between buildings. All works were completed on time, within budget and to a very high standard of finish.
