Following a successful pitch for this contract, Insight was appointed to refurbish the ground floor of Berkshire House in Windsor.
The key elements of the project were the installation of a new IT suite to house four large racks, each with separate ‘clean’ power supplies along with two 10kW air conditioning units. A training room was built with integrated AV cabling and equipment together with an installation of new office furniture throughout.
Icon wanted a contemporary look to their new office environment and chose white furniture with chrome legs, gloss white storage and desk pedestals. With only one week lead-in to site commencement combined with a four week construction programme, Insight successfully completed the works to budget and on time.
