February 2011Viridian is a housing association providing social housing to over 30,000 residents spanning across London and the south east, the Midlands and West Sussex.
Viridian has around 16,000 homes and work in partnership with local authorities, organisations and residents to create safe, sustainable communities. They aim to support their residents and help them to make the most of opportunities in their lives.
To ensure future growth and to sustain support to existing tenants, the Balham office is being redeveloped to provide a mixed use residential, office and retail scheme. During this period, the staff will be relocated temporarily to Colwell House.
Insight was appointed after a competitive tender process and is providing a total design and build solution. We have just started work on site to create a temporary home for over 200 personnel, incorporating public reception area, meeting rooms, private offices and breakout areas. Insight will be working closely with client appointed furniture suppliers, data/communications installers and security specialists.
The office will be completed within 6 weeks and open for business on Monday 18th April, 2011
